Our Story

Founded in 2018 by Anil Agarwal & CA Ritu Mathran with a solid determination to provide tech-driven interview solutions to businesses. They started developing an interview platform, networking and building a pool of interviewers. The duo launched “The Interviewer” on the 13th of April 2019, with just 450 interviewers and 20 clients in the first year. The Interviewer was relaunched as “InCruiter,” a B2B SaaS platform, in November 2019 with more significant innovation and a bigger team.

The sail was not always smooth. During Covid, InCruiter was on the verge of bankruptcy. Grit, passion, and the ability to adapt and innovate helped InCruiter to stand through storms and come out stronger.

From a team of 5 working remotely to a family of 60+ and an independent workplace, From 450 to 3000 + interviewers and 1000 always in a pipeline, our InCruiter family has grown bigger!
